The dining experience is hit or miss, with some dishes exceeding expectations while others fall short. The facilities offer a range of services but may come at an extra cost.
The hotel rooms are comfortable but lacked a minibar charge accuracy and noise management is not adequate. The personnel is attentive, but the furnishing can be improved. The beach is far, but the service is polite with a minor slippery issue. The location is beautiful but needs renovation. The dining experience is abundant, while the facilities are adequate.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were generally clean but had some issues with extra charges and noise from neighboring rooms. The walk-through balcony provided a nice touch, offering Sea and Pool views. However, I had an unfortunate incident where my dress shirt got burned by the maid while ironing.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and large, and the service provided was fantastic with welcoming and accommodating staff. However, there were additional charges falsely claimed for the minibar, noisy neighbors not addressed by management, and a mishap during ironing. Despite being far from the beach, which made us feel somewhat unsafe, the overall stay was pleasant.
